Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your La Louys purchase. If you are not happy with your fragrance selection, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unburned, and in its original condition and packaging.

Once a candle has been lit or burned, or wax melts have been opened or used, the item is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We cannot accept used products based on fragrance preference.

To request an exchange, please contact us at lalouys20@gmail.com before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any shipping costs associated with the replacement item unless the original order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued for eligible, unused items at our discretion. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards, custom or personalized products, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
